DoomBar

Doom Bar ABV 4.0%

Sharp's Doombar is here to stay. Our real ale drinkers enjoyed it so much, we decided to keep it as a resident real ale.

The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.

Brewed to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Diamond Ale is brewed with Pale Ale and Premium Cara malts, with Sovereign hops and locally-sourced honey. It's a 4.1% abv amber gold beer with a sweet, honeyed, floral aroma. On the palate, it has a slight floral sweetness balanced by biscuity malt and crisp bitterness.

IPAGold

IPA Gold ABV 4.1% (from the 9th June)

This light golden ale brings the best out of the Savinsjki Goldings hop variety. For Greene King IPA Gold, the brewers add the hops at a later stage of the boil than with the Greene King IPA – this brings out tropical fruit aromas and spicy notes, which are followed by the clean, bitter flavour and crisp, dry finish.
